The Tao Wai Wang Body Scrub was my first introduction to Rituals–and I wasn’t disappointed!

Inside the moss-colored jar was a light blue cream, one that reminded me of pastel M&Ms you’d see at a baby or wedding shower, so I thought the scent would be sweet but strong. But I was wrong. The scent was light so it didn’t trigger my allergies.

Something else that was light was the weight of the scrub–it was delicate, fluffy, and fabulously firm–a much welcome surprise since I’m used to other scrubs having an oily consistency and where I’d found myself chasing the beads down my body as I exfoliated.

Another reason why I enjoyed this scrub was because it’s a great value. Rituals offered more ounces than my two other brand name scrubs and it’s less expensive: $29 for 11 oz. compared to the others at $38 for 7 oz. and $32 for 7.5 oz. Talk about a no-brainer! And, because this scrub was in a jar I could scoop up every last ounce instead of missing out what might get left behind in a squeeze tube.

In sum: When I first tested this product last winter, I loved it so much I bought it as holiday host(ess) gifts for everyone!
